What guarantees do you offer?

Each Sleep Jersey mattress comes with a guarantee covering manufacturing defects, the length of which varies depending on the range; The Sleep Jersey Rozel and Portelet ranges carry a 7 year guarantee, the Plemont range 10 years, and Bonne Nuit range, 15 years. More information regarding the guarantee is available on request.

What are the dimensions of the mattresses?

All mattress dimensions are listed on the individual product pages on our website underneath the description and specifications.

Can I come see and try the mattress in person?

A mattress is an important purchase. We strongly recommend to all our customers to visit us in person at our small but functional showroom, located conveniently at the 24/7 Self-Store near Jersey Zoo. Please make sure to call or email ahead to check opening times.

How can I pay for my mattress?

Once we have received your order you will be sent a secure payment link using the contact details you provided. We accept all major payment cards from most issuers including both Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.

How and when will my bed be delivered?

If you have chosen the home delivery option, you will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time for delivery using the details you provided when placing your order. Deliveries are usually between 3 to 5 working days following receipt of your order.

How do I track my order?

You can call or email us to request an update on your order. In the future we aim to add a tracking function for all Sleep Jersey deliveries.

How can I return a mattress before delivery or collection?

If we receive a request to cancel an order before delivery has been arranged, or before the mattress has been collected, we will be happy to issue a full refund. In all cases, orders must be cancelled within 7 days of the order being placed in order to qualify for a full refund.

How can I return a mattress after delivery or collection has taken place?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if a mattress is completely unused and in its original, unopened packaging. The return must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods and depending upon the reason for the return, there may be a fee if collection is required.
