Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your mattress to request a return. We therefore advise customers to inspect orders upon receipt, and contact us immediately if a mattress is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Conditions
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if a mattress is completely unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
Process
To request a return, you can contact us by emailing returns@sleepjersey.com, stating the reason for your return request. If your return is accepted, we will contact you with further instructions on how to process the return. Depending upon the reason for the return, there may be a fee if collection is required.
Please note that if an item is sent or brought back to us without first requesting a return, it will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not, and if any fees apply. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
